Besides the complimentary use of our Library and Archive, the Sustainability Showroom and the Foundation’s meeting rooms and corporate event venues are available.
Sustainability showroom
A project through which F.FRI aims to become a point of reference for Italian fashion companies wishing to reduce their environmental impact. It offers a showroom displaying sustainable materials for manufacturing, green conversion consulting and staff training programs.
Event Venue
The location at Via del Fonditore 12 offers spacious and attractive spaces for events, conferences, courses and round tables.
TECHStyle HUB
TECHStyle Hub was founded by three partners: MISTER Smart Innovation (manager of the Bologna CNR Tecnopolo) and Creative Hub Bologna, with the goal of revolutionising the interaction between culture, fashion, and technology through unique and interactive solutions.

Virtual catwalks and online fashion shows are increasingly complementing traditional ones, offering new opportunities for experimentation and public engagement. The Foundation
Fondazione Fashion Research Italy was established in 2015 in order to celebrate and promote the manufacturing expertise that distinguishes our Emilia-Romagna area and to become a point of reference for the entire fashion industry. F.FRI’s core business is the Textile Design Archive, which houses 30,000 paper and textile designs, a source of inspiration for all small and medium-sized businesses and designers in the sector.
